Surface Treatment
  • As Machined
CNC machines create a rough surface on the parts. With deburring and sharpe edges removed, the surface is made as our standard finish.
  • Bead Blasting
An operation to add a matte or satin finish on the surface, so that it elevates the roughness and the retention of the coating on the surface.
  • Powder Coating
As one of the most common surface finishing for machined parts, powder coating can protect them from the rust and corrosion. This operation can also create different colors, patterns and gloss.
  • Anodizing (Type ll and lll)
Including anodizing clear, anodizing color and anodizing hardcoat, this operation creates a fancy coating on the surface, which enhances the oxidation and wearing resistance of the surface.
  • Electropolishing
Electropolishing creates a metal salt deposit on the surface, which provides the surface with a protective finish, making it feel smooth and look stylish with various colors available.
  • Black Oxide
Black oxide creates an anti-oxidation coating on the surface once the parts are immersed into a chemical solution.
  • Chromate Conversion Coating
This operation achieves an anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating on the surface by making the cleared surface react with a passivating chemical solution.
  • Brushing
Brushing presses dense, light lines on the surface of machined parts in a parallel pattern to emphasize the texture of metals.
  • Teflon
Teflon coating brings out an excellent anti-adhesion and heat-resistantf inish on the surface, enhancing the life span as well as the corrosionand wear resistance of the parts.
